What Echelon is

Echelon is a digital educational product sold by d1: the training on reading NQ context and intention, session recaps, the member chat, and the Echelon app that holds all of it, on the web at d1fpc3.com, on Windows, and on iOS. Sold alongside it: the D1 GEX indicator for TradingView, and 1-on-1 calls with d1. It is information and the software that carries it. It is not a signal service and not a promise of results.

Payment

Echelon membership is $500, paid once. No subscription, nothing recurring, updates included.

D1 GEX is a TradingView indicator sold separately, with or without membership: $35 a month, or $147 once. The monthly plan renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from your billing settings in the app on the web, or from your Apple subscriptions if you bought it in the iOS app; access to the script ends when the paid period ends.

1-on-1 is $1,000 for live calls with d1, scheduled with you after purchase.

On the web, payments are processed by Stripe; card details go to Stripe, never to us. In the iOS app, purchases are billed by Apple under Apple's terms, and any refund request for those goes to Apple. A discount code changes the price only if it is applied at checkout.

No refunds

All sales are final. The product is information; once seen, it cannot be returned. Unused time on a cancelled GEX subscription is not refunded. If you were charged twice for one purchase, or charged without receiving access, that is an error, not a refund request: contact us and it will be corrected.

Access

Your purchase is tied to the email you used at checkout, or to the Echelon account you were signed in to when you bought inside the iOS app. Lifetime access means for as long as Echelon operates, including updates to the training, at no extra charge. Sign in with your email or Discord; access is for you alone. The D1 GEX indicator is granted to the one TradingView username you enter in the app.

What you may not do

Do not share your account, resell access, or redistribute the training in any form: recordings, screenshots, transcripts, re-teaching, uploads. Do not share your TradingView access to D1 GEX or copy the script. Doing so ends your access without refund. In the member chat, be straight with people; the owner may remove anyone who makes it worse for everyone else.

Not financial advice

Echelon is education, not investment, trading, or financial advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. The author is not a registered investment or commodity trading advisor. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

Risk

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage works against you as well as for you. Past performance, yours or anyone else's, does not guarantee future results. Only risk capital you can afford to lose. Most retail futures traders lose money.

Your data

We store what the product needs: your email, the profile you create (username, bio, avatar), your progress, what you write inside Echelon, and a review if you choose to leave one. Reviews appear on the sales page only after the owner approves them. Stripe or Apple holds your payment details; we only keep the record of what your account owns. Linking Discord is optional. No ads, no third-party analytics, nothing sold or shared. You can delete your account from Settings inside the app; your purchase record survives on your email so access can be restored if you return. The full picture is on the privacy page.
